At Equilibria Counselling  I am dedicated to helping people in times of need.

 

I understand that sometimes life can be overwhelming and that it can be difficult to ask for help which is why I offer a range of services to provide support and guidance, in a confidential and secure environment.  

 

I believe that mental and emotional wellbeing is a right for everyone, irrespective of their income or background.  My aim is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live a balanced life.
